Papers
Papers should be 15-20 minutes long, which includes time for questions. Please save them in a common file type such as powerpoint or PDF, or a program which can be opened by Windows. It will not be possible to install software on the supplied computer. However, there will be an option to plug in your own device if required.
Posters
Posters should be printed by presenters in one of the following sizes:
– A1 size landscape orientation (594mm wide x 841mm tall)
– A1 size portrait orientation (841mm wide x 594mm tall)
– A0 sized in ONLY portrait orientation (841m wide x 1189mm tall). *Recommended*
A0 posters in landscape orientation will NOT fit on the poster boards.
